Refund and Exchange Policy

• Exchange is only offered within 48 hours of receiving a wrong or defective scarf other than the one you ordered.
• Delivery fees are applied on any cancellation if the order has already been shipped.
• The product has to be in its unused condition with the original tags.
  Packages can be checked while the courier awaits.
